Follow-up Comment #19, task #10103 (project administration):
I have installed a new template which is CC 3.0 licensed.
By using this at the top of each content page:
<!--#if expr="! ${template}" --><!--#include
virtual="/newfangle/template.shtml" --><!--#else -->
I can get plain html wrapped in a template, which re-includes the content
