Hi Alex,
I uploaded a updated version. All the configure.ac, Makefile.am, BASH
scripts, and IDL scripts in sila/tests and sila/tools now contain license
headers. In the root, in addition to Makefile.am, bootstrap.sh, and
configure.ac, the document files CONVENTIONS, DESIGN, README, and THANKS also
include license headers, although they are much shorter and just refer to the
COPYING file.
