Follow-up Comment #3, task #10308 (project administration):
So I added the "README" but called the file COPYRIGHT ... in case there is
going to be a READMEyer README. Added the style files where I could not add
the copyright/license header (another style is affected, editComment.css) and
the PNG. I added the statement directly to the SVG.
You are right, AGPL is better for this project. I updated all statement
accordingly and exchanged gpl.txt.
