I think you are confussing one message I wrote in the thread "Help
need in Savannah":

But I didn't referred to such thing as a "mistrake" :S. Actually I
would advice to put the licensing notice at the end in some
documenatation files as README, Changelog, Authors or so...
BTW: Remember I GPG-sign *all* my messages and therefore I don't
assume autorship of the non signed ones. My key and an explanion of
