This is now fixed. Thanks for pointing this out.

That was only because the "Register New Project" form has only one field for
a tarball. My plan is to release the two parts of the package independently in
separate tarballs (libgta-x.y.z.tar.gz ang gtatool-x.y.z.tar.gz).
