I am sorry. It seems I have specified WRONG license for junit library. It
seems that junit HAD CPL license somewhere at version 1, but they have changed
license to BSD later.
At least, if you open junit-4.7.jar, you'll see BSD license there.
I enclose updated tar.gz (with readme changed).
