Hi Alex.
* about those file that missing license header. i can't add license header to
them because they may corrupt, but i'll add their license note to README
between lines 29 - 37 and also i add ce COPYING file to their directories.
* i fixed the license header.
about media folder : i note in the README that all media files release under
GPL v2
