Thanks for reviewing my proposal.
As I said this is a proposal rather than a release. Therefore no translation
has been done yet.
I will translate some of the files and then email you again. Could you please
tell me how complete (as a percentage) should be my first submission?
Meanwhile I will find another repository to start the localization project
with my collaborators.
