Ok, free feel to resubmit your project when that happens.
Please bear in mind incorrect licensing can turn an otherwise useful
free software package into useless. If it isn't clear what license
the project is under, the users can't just assume one, and if they
can't assume they have a free license for the software, then we can't
use it. More information about this issue in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude.
