Follow-up Comment #5, task #10681 (project administration):
I've never really given becoming a GNU project a lot of thought since I don't
generally develop in C (which is pretty prominent in the GNU Coding
Standards), but since this project is very closely tied to two prominent GNU
packages, perhaps I will submit it eventually. If I ever feel it's good
enough, that is.
