Hi Valentin,
Also, a standard header makes our work easier. As we are all volunteers here
and our time is limited, any efforts saved during project review benefit us
all: submitters (less time for approval) and reviewers (more projects
reviewed) alike. Sometimes we may have to make compromises towards this goal,
and a standard header is quite easier to review and identify than a custom
header. Even though it may make the process look a bit obnoxious -- I know
because I submitted my own custom header the first time :D
