Hi again,
Ideally, a single COPYING file should be enough, but we want to play safe:
this way Savannah developers, users and redistributors are safe even if the
COPYING file gets somehow lost or corrupted. Now everything is fine.
One practical note: the tarfile and top directory should contain the version
number, such as arouter-0.1.tar.gz and arouter-0.1/. This is of course just a
recommendation.
