I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah, sorry for the delay.
There are a few issues with the project as submitted:
* You are not using the standard GPL license header, e.g. in the file
algorithms.tex. Please follow the GPL howto
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html> since it is sound legal advice.
* All files need to carry the header, even text-only ones like the readme or
binary files like algorithm.pdf.
* Just a recommendation: the tarball and top-level directory might carry the
version number, such as bigstuff-0.1.tar.gz or bigstuff-0.1/. This is more
convenient for potential users and developers.
Can you upload an updated tarball so we can continue with the review process?
