I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah, sorry for the delay.
There are a few issues with the submission:
* All files in the package need to contain the GNU license header; an
exception can be made for files under 10 lines, or which are clearly
non-copyrighteable in nature. Please see the GPL howto
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html> for more information.
* Also, please use the official GPL header since it has been reviewed by
legal specialists and should be more robust than non-standard headers.
* The readme file should state clearly the license for the package, as it can
save time to users and redistributors.
Can you provide an updated tarball so we can continue with the review
process? Thanks!
