I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in GNU Savannah.

Note than a copy of the GNU GPL must be distributed together with the
program. See http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude

tarball in the registration form, not a single file.
Please fix these issues and provide a updated tarball. You can either
attach it to the tracker or use an external hosting and provide a
*direct* download URL.
