Andy -- I am very sorry to hear about LGPLv2.1-only docs upstream. Is there
any prospect of that getting changed?
My understanding of the general principle of licensing on savannah (as
originally decreed by rms, I believe) is that everything it hosts should be
compatible with GNU practices. LGPLv2.1-only (or *GPL-anything-only) doesn't
fly there :(.
