Hi Abhishek,
I am evaluating your submission on behalf of Savannah, sorry for the delay.
There are a few issues with the project:
* We do not use the term [open source
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/open-source-misses-the-point.html] to refer to
free software.
* We do not normally approve projects without source code unless there is a
good reason. You can develop the concept and then provide a tarball when you
are ready.
Are you still interesting in hosting the project on Savannah? Thanks!
