Roan Trail, Inc. is a corporation in the United States which owns the copyright to Kinetophone and which we represent. We have updated the Kinetophone project to include copyright and license information in every file with 10+ lines. If you identify further issues in this area, please let us know the specific file(s) you are questioning.
