Using Free in the project name is ok.
[derivatives]
As far as the toplevel files. I was a little curious about this when i tar'd
the source. These are all derivatives and used by other tools. I supplied
these files so that new users of the could test things as they are, without
fear of breaking anything.
I will include a README with the appropriate GPL indication on the
derivatives.

Yes, I want gpl.txt not agpl. (I'm not sure how I missed that..)
I will work on correcting the contents as per the above notes. I assume you
will change the project name?
