Hi!
By "GNU project" we mean package that is officialy part of GNU project. That
means that no matter which license you will choose your project will still be
non-GNU. But don't worry, this announcement doesn't affect your project
beacause you have submited Dumbado before we closed registration :) Also, I
think that registration soon will be opened again.
Everything looks OK so I'm approving your project, you will shortly get e-mail
