Hi Carlos!
Sorry for delay in processing your submission, we're short of volunteers.
There's minor problem with your tarball - some files have GPL2+ header nad
other files have GPL3+ header. I recommend relicensing all files to GPL3+.
Additionaly some files contain "This file is part of Quartica." while others
does not. Please make it more consistent. Also, please make sure that *all*
non-derived files contain license header. After you will fix these problems we
will accept your project.
