Hi!
Thanks for your submission. There's problem with your tarball, not all files
contain licensing header. Every non-derived file, which contains more than 10
lines, must contain copyright notice with licensing header.
For example, files in "qextserialport-1.2" directory lacks license headers.
If you aren't copyright holder of these files, you have two options:
1. Contact author and request files with license headers,
or:
2. Delete these files.
