Thank you for your submission. There are few problems with your tarball:
1. There is no COPYING file. It should contain full text of GPL license, you
can find it here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt
2. All non-derived files, which are longer than 10 lines, should contain
copyright notice and licensing header. Please read
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.
After you fix these problems your project will be accepted.
