Follow-up Comment #2, task #11842 (project administration):
It's neither software, nor documentation, properly speaking, so neither
gplv[23]+ nor gfdl fit exactly. I don't know whether this has been discussed
before, perhaps at the early stages of the project, but the fact is that the
prior version was distributed under gplv2+ (that was why I selected it, by the
force of inertia). I guess it should be upgraded to gplv3+. In my opinion it
will do better than gfdl in that case. Is it possible to change it now?
