Hi,
thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I'm evaluating your
submission. This process ensures that your project meets the hosting
requirements <https://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php>.
During evaluation I found that not all copyrightable files contain a copyright
notice <http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html> and
license header <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html>, namely changelog
and Changes_1.00-1.3.04.txt. Please add them to those files. You can simply
use the license header from ftpsync.pl.
