i agree 100% with suggested approach
ive been making some important additions for compat /w Official GNU. could i
have one more day to get u these changes. i will then attach a .git clone of
the archive, so that it will begin on the best foot(milestone).
alternately, if u have already set up the archive, i can just push the
changes.
