I am afraid I don't see the problem you describe. All the Java file headers contain GPL v3 header, as found on <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html>, referencing "either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version". As for the description, I chose GPL v2 or later on the submission form because GPL v3 option was not available, and GPL v3 falls under the "GNU General Public License v2 or later" category. Please, clarify the problem for me so I can correct it.
