Hi,
thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I'm evaluating your project
for approval and found the following issues:
Makefile and the image files are missing copyright notices and license
headers. You can add textual annotations to image files with various programs,
e.g. with GIMP (Image -> Image Properties) or image-dired in Emacs (command
c).
Your documentation is copyrighted only. This makes it unfree because you still
have to copyleft it. README.txt states that all files are licensed under AGPL
3 or later. In this case just add a AGPL 3 license header to your
documentation (devdoc.txt, windows.txt). However, I encourage you to use a
more suitable license for documentation: the GNU FDL, but it's really up to
you whether to use it or not.
Please correct your files and upload a new tarball on the bottom of the task
page <https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?12343#attached>.
