Follow-up Comment #6, task #12367 (project administration): No, the email is wrong. The url is http://www.gnu.org/software/consensus. The standard url for GNU package foo is http://www.gnu.org/software/foo. That is where the "webpages CVS repository" that is part of the savannah project will link to.
If you want to use www.gnu.org/consensus instead, you will need commit access to the www project (ask [email protected] if you don't already have it), or ask the sysadmins to set up a redirect (i strongly discourage that). There's no feasible way to make the "webpages repository" for consensus go anywhere except the standard /software/consensus location. We haven't used gnu.org/projects in a very long time. There's no need to do anything about it. (I'll see if I can figure out where that email is coming from and update it.)
