Hi!
Thank you for your submission. There is problem with your submission, files
configure.ac, makefile.in and mailer-tls.conf.example are missing copyright
notices and GPL headers. Please upload fixed tarball using "Attached Files"
form.
Additionally, I have changed project license to GPLv3+ from GPLv2+, because
that's license that you are using in your tarball.
