Hello,
is there a way to solve the issue without providing a real name but also
without completely ignore him? I assume your problem is about the "and friend"
phrase, isn't it? Is it okay to write it in brackets? Or to write it in a
second line without explicit copyright notation? What would be a legally
accepted variant of my headers with a minimum of modification?
