Thanks again, and please let me apologize for wasting your time. Yes, of
course, I will make all of those changes and when they are done will send a
new tarball.
One (1) is already finished: the complete text of the GNU-FDL version 1.3 is
already in IPSUR.org (and IPSUR.html), Appendix B. It appears that it isn't
currently in the exported PDF - I'll fix that.
