There are still some open issues, so I'll activate the project for mailing
list use only.
Luke, please upload a new tarball on the tracker once you are finished fixing
the issues.

I think that's sufficient.

I wasn't sure what it was, but if it's trivial leave the copyright and license
notice.
I think that was all open issues (and of course the GPL-2-only files).
