thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I'm evaluating your submission
and found the following issue in your code.
The Makefile doesn't contain a copyright and license notice. Please add them
to the file before uploading any code to Savannah.
Please also note that we expect that development happens primarly on Savannah,
not on Github. You could still use Github as a mirror, though.
I'm accepting this project. You will receive a message with further details
about the approval.
