Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.
Your readme.txt haven't got a license header. I've seen it has a license
section bellow but referring to the license of the entire program, not the
readme.txt file itself. Remember that every file more than 10 lines long is
considered as non-trivial and must include the license. Please, remember to
fix that.
