new "msgid".
* Topics : GNU gettext, PO files, vim plugin ftplugin, po.vim.

* Idealy, to be proposed to upstream po.vim but, beeing initialy developped by
2 noobs, there is no guarantee it will ever reach the quality standards
expected by up-dev and users. ^^
