Hmm... For various reasons deleting projects isn't a common operation and so
the administration isn't really set up for doing so. Because it is supposed
to be free(dom) software and so there isn't ever a need to do so. I assume
there is a way to actually do it but I don't see it on a first look.
I turned off all of the features for the Savannah side of the project. The
description already says that the project has always been on github. I set
the home page to refer to github. This should work out okay now. Because if
a user finds this page instead of the github page then everything will point
them to githup.
Is this acceptable?
