Hi Yoni, long time no talk. I approved the project.
- i suggest updating both rt-liberation.texi and fdl.texi to use fdl 1.3.
right now one talks about fdl 1.1, the other 1.2.
- i suggest just adding "public domain" (or something) to the top of
/etc/rt-dot-el-design.
- although i see the license is embedded in the logo.svg, i still suggest an
accompanying README (somewhere) that says it is pd.
