thank you for the tarball. I've explored it and found a problem: most of its
files don't contain the license header. Every file more than 10 lines long is
considered non-trivial and must include a license notice. Please check
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for more
information.
When you send us the new tarball with these change we'll approve your
project.
