Being primarily a code-hosting service - some minimal code is expected in
order to start a new project on GNU Savannah.
Currently the archive you've upload contains a single file - the GPL license,
and no source code files.
Please provide the source code for your project you'd like to host on GNU
Savannah.
To speed-up the submission process, ensure the source code files comply with
the GNU Savannah hosting requirements:
