Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To host a project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with the hosting
requirements:

The submission should be done in English.
>From a cursory look at the archive you've provided, it contains no source code
files,
and only a single Microsoft Word document (.docx format) - please do not use
non-free file formats for project submissions.
Being primarily a code-hosting service - some minimal code is expected in
order to start a new project on GNU Savannah.
If you are actively working on the project,
we can keep this submission open until you have updates with source code
files.
