Hello Pasquale,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To host a project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with the hosting
requirements:

Thing minor things should be addressed:
1. Please modify the term "linux" to "GNU/Linux" in "main.tcl" - as it refers
to the operating system as a whole, and not the kernel.

2. Please do not include compiled binaries of any required libraries (i.e.
'libtkpng0.9.so') - users who will download your software should be able to
get the appropriate binary for their system, or build it themselves.

3. Please add a clear license notice at the top of your source code file
('main.tcl'), right below the copyright statement.
4. Please list (in a README file or elsewhere) the license under which the PNG
file is released.
Please amend these, upload a new tar ball archive, and we'll continue with the
project approval.
