Follow-up Comment #1:

Hello Florian,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

To host a project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with the hosting
requirements:
http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/

A file in your project refers to "open source", when likely meaning "Free
Software" (./doc/doxygen_conf).
Please amend to text to "Free Software". For more details, see here:
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/open-source-misses-the-point.html

Also recommended is to add copyright statement and license notice for all
source code files and auxiliary files (e.g. './src/eks.h' and the various
'makefile's).

Lastly,
The documentation file ('./doc/language standard/doc.tex') is licensed under
GPLv2-or-later - which is a more restrictive license than the source code of
the EKS library - is this intended to be so ?
Notice that GPL is not specifically designed for documentation, and there are
other licenses specifically designed for that:
 https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#DocumentationLicenses

Regardless of the chosen license, please consider adding an explicit copyright
and license statements inside the 'tex' document (not only as tex comments) -
that way they will appear on the rendered/compiled final document.

Please let us know when these are amended, so project approval can continue.

Regards,
 - Assaf
