Hello Rafael,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To host a project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with the hosting
requirements:

In order to verify those requirements, the source code of the project is
needed, with the files as you intend to host them on GNU Savannah (as opposed
to the pre-built package that can be installed on users' system).
Please upload an archive (e.g. tar.gz file) containing the files of the
project, together with any additional files which are required to build it and
prepare the package (e.g. the 'setup.py' as is common in python packages).
