Thanks for your answer.
First, I apologize for using the GNU Project.
At first I was going to write the library to parse .osm files that are
compatible with the GPL. But recently I saw libosm library which it`s license
is GPL v3. I have decided to develop from this. So now I'm going to rewrite
gosml library from libosm.
I request that you change the name of the project to G-- OpenStreetMap
Library and then switch project license to GPL v3.
I'll be trying to do this project fit into the GNU Project.
