GNU Savannah is primarily a code-hosting service.
You have not provided any source code archive, and it isn't clear what do you
intend to host on savannah.
Can you provide a source-code archive?
The uploaded archive needs to comply with the hosting
requirements:

As a side note,
You might be interested in looking into GNU RemoteControl (
http://www.gnu.org/software/remotecontrol/ ) which also deals with controlling
