Follow-up Comment #2, task #13521 (project administration):
The source archive attached includes the Kickstart file used with a patched
version of Fedora's livecd-creator tool to generate the ISO image. The process
used to generate the ISO image is detailed in the "Modifications" section of
the manual, which is included in the source archive.
