Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
In your project submission you've selected "Official GNU Software".
The savannah project submission form is meant for non-gnu projects.
To offer a project as an official gnu package, follow the instructions here:

If you want to continue with project submission as 'non-gnu', please reply
though this website and the project will be created.
