Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU savannah.
When submitting a new project, please ensure it complies with the hosting
requirements:

The primary requirement is for the project to be free (as in freedom) using a
GPL-compatible free software license.
To ensure that, we require that the source code of the project be uploaded,
and reviewed.
Please upload an archive (tar.gz or zip) containing the source code for your
project, and project evaluation could proceed.
