Follow-up Comment #1:

Hello,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU savannah.

To comply with the savannah hosing requirements, all source code files must
have a clear copyright statement and license notice:
http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/

Please add a copyright statement and a license notice to all source code
files, for example, the following files are missing this information:

  Makefile
  ld.hugetlbfs
  ldscripts/*
  man/*
  mktarball
  tests/*

For small files, you might prefer to use the GNU all-permissive license:
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices-for-Other-Files.html

There are few files that have a copyright statement (by IBM and RedHat), but
do not have a license - please add an explicit license to them. For example:
  huge_page_setup_helper.py
  oprofile_start.sh
  sys-elf64_s390.S
  sys-elf_s390.S
When adding a license, please ensure it is compatible with future versions of
GPL - "LGPL2.1" is fine, and "GPL 2/3 or later" is fine - but "GPLv2 only" is
not.

Few other files have LGPLv2.1 license, but no copyright statement, example:
  tests/shm-perms.c
  tests/shmoverride_unlinked.c
Please add a copyright statement to all files.

In few files (e.g. oprofile_map_events.pl) the indented copyright statement
appears as:
   (c) Mel Gorman 2008
It is highly recommended to use the canonical form:
   Copyright (C) YEAR AUTHOR

Pleas upload an updated archive to continue the submission process.

regards,
 - assaf
